Resumen
Meeting the needs of a customer segment is a fundamental approach when you want to offer an intangible good, for this it is necessary to evaluate a series of direct and indirect activities from the requirements of the project and its implementation, as well as its feasibility and interest in the market that you want to enter, since for this case it must be high , or at least a percentage that allows for short-term usefulness, so the proposal is aimed at the elimination of atmospheric carbon by addressing sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies (Ecodrone), so the current one is categorized as an environmental sanitation service, which, allows to improve the hygiene conditions of a region, area or place , according to this it is relevant to address it in a geographical area with high pollution rates of the city of Bogotá, where the location of Kennedy reflects higher levels of emission and concentration of these gases harmful to health and, provide the incapacity of INSColombia to don't closed a company, industry or factory for not complying with permitted levels of pollution or with current environmental regulations.
