La venda y el cypher

Abstract

La Venda y el Cypher is a laboratory where a theoretical-practical method is applied, designed from elements of Hip Hop Kulture, derived from the experience of the creator Alexis Joel Peláez Sánchez as a BBoy and from the knowledge of those who participated in the laboratory. The purpose of the laboratory was to work on unlocking the physical and energetic senses of the participants, through techniques such as gaze inhibition, teamwork and individual work, in such a way that a fluid development of the dance was achieved. from experience and bodily experimentation from introspection, proprioception and exteroception. Among the main results of the laboratory is, on the one hand, the creation of a space (laboratory) in which it was possible to transform, govern, enhance and innovate some movements, actions and bodily skills that the artists associated with blockages at the beginning of the laboratory; on the other hand, the script of a work in which the movements, actions and skills achieved by the artists are the narrative axis and; finally, the staging of the work whose title is "A Dream".
