Apoyo al seguimiento y gestión de la ejecución de actividades del programa gobernanza y gestión del agua del componente programático del POMCA Río Bogotá

Abstract

The methodology applied to monitor the execution and report of the first year POMCA del Rio Bogota began with a thorough review of the document Volume IV of Formulation Volume 1 "Formulation Report” from which it was started for the construction of the Matrix of Responsible (municipalities and other entities) and assignment of managers for dependencies and professionals CAR- Cundinamarca, and the Role Identification Matrix for the actors responsible for each of the 40 projects formulated in said document. We continued with a process of socialization of the POMCA for the dependencies and CAR professionals, which included the explanation of the scenarios that are presented in the report cards for the first year of execution. This is followed by the completion of the report formats GB114, GB121, GB122, GB131, GB132 and GB141 assigned to the professional Alejandra Suarez of the DGOAT where the information on activities carried out and the budget scheme for these activities in the first year is collected, organized and consolidated, from this a work plan is generated for the execution in the second year and work tables are created with other dependencies and other actors. After this, an extensive process of socialization of the POMCA is developed with the "Municipal" actors, emphasizing the correct completion of the assigned files and delivery of the input documents for the report, sessions are held to clarify doubts for the actors who requested the space, information was received, organized, reviewed and consigned, and all evidence sent by the Pomca actors of the follow-up of the first six months and the first year of execution, finally a complete analysis of each of these stages and their products is presented.
