Levantamiento de Documentación, Dentro de la Fase de la Estructura Conceptual del Proceso de Diseño de la Aplicación Móvil, para el Reporte de Comportamientos y Condiciones Peligrosas en Cuanto a Seguridad, Salud y Ambiente en el Trabajo

Abstract

The following document analyzes the perceptions and the employee’s knowledge of the company Claro Colombia S.A. Bogotá in relation to hygiene, health and safety at work in order to know decisive factors in the structuring of the design of a mobile application to report behaviors and hazardous conditions. To this end, a survey was structured that took into account factors such as perception, knowledge and experiences on hygiene, safety and health at work. As result of the investigative exercise it could be identified: first, the need to create an additional link in the mobile application that allowed the communication and internal training of their workers in real time on interesting subjects that matter to the company in safety and health at work. Second, the relevance of creating a space, called " Exprésate Claro " in which employees could express their contributions, perceptions and ideas at the management level of the organization or leader of the process in order to qualify the opportunity as a key to its update and gradual improvement input.
