There is a significant growth in the motor vehicle fleet in the interior of the country, which is why the company BIOMAX SA, as a company dedicated to the distribution and sale of liquid fuel, observes that within conventional service stations many times it is not They offer optimal options to this type of users by prioritizing attention to vehicles with higher cylinder capacity, so they decide to generate an alternative that meets the need for tanking of these vehicles, which proposes the construction of service stations with exclusive use for motorcycles. For the construction of this type of projects, it is necessary to abide by the national and regional laws that regulate the operation of this activity, which is why within the internship a spatial, economic and legislative analysis was generated that would allow determining the areas within the which existed business opportunities within the urban area of the municipalities of El Cerrito, Tuluá, Palmira and Guadalajara de Buga in the department of Valle del Cauca. To obtain the zones, use is made of the territorial planning plans of each municipality, especially the land uses mentioned therein, in addition to the national regulations that regulate these establishments according to the Ministry of Mines and Energy. identification of service stations already existing in the municipalities; All this is digitized, analyzed and verified in the field with the planning authorities, so that determinations are made about the offers found within each municipality, taking into consideration other variables such as: the flow of motorcycles at a certain point, the cost of the property , the area of the property; All this is generates the respective graphic outputs and their subsequent visualization within a geovisor so that it can be consulted online.
