Resumen
This research focused on active listening as one of the most important communication skills for interaction between individuals; which needs to be stimulated in children, especially in early childhood. This research gave the children's pedagogy a new look on how to strengthen active listening in the classroom from the implementation of pedagogical strategies that seek to significantly improve interpersonal relationships, facilitate collaborative learning between peers and the recognition of the other; allowing an approach to literature and sensitive experiences, favoring the capacity for imagination, creation and amazement in children; in addition to the implementation of the album book as a powerful tool that favors significant learning and reading images in the classroom.
