Diagnóstico de viabilidad para la conformación de una asociación de productores de mora en el municipio de San Pedro de los milagros – Antioquia de acuerdo a los objetivos del programa manos a la paz

Abstract

Manos a la paz is an initiative of the high post-conflict counseling that has the support of the United Nations Development Program in Colombia (UNDP), aimed at strengthening peace building capacities in the territories, linking citizens and citizens committed to the development of the country. (UNDP, 2016). Environmental management as a professional career, infuses the environmental, social and economic commitment, promoting the improvement of the quality of life through strategies that welcome the social organization and can positively impact the environment. The manos a la paz (MAP) program belonging to the United Nations Organization seeks to promote and meet the objectives of sustainable development, encouraging communities affected by the conflict in the country to generate development in their territory, improving their quality of life. San Pedro de los Milagros, in the department of Antioquia, is a municipality where its main economic activity is agriculture; its agricultural trajectory belongs mainly to the potato, the tomato tree, the avocado and the mulberry. The following work seeks through the guidelines of the manos a la paz program and the knowledge acquired during the career of environmental administration, to carry out a feasibility diagnosis for the creation of an association of producers of arrears promoting different objectives of sustainable development, as well as as the improvement in the quality of life of the arrears farmers in the municipality.
