Resumen
Today, organizations face increasing demands in terms of environmental responsibility, quality, and safety. Integrated management systems have become indispensable to face these challenges. In Colombia, the adoption of these systems is not only crucial to improve competitiveness, but also to guarantee the well-being of workers and the sustainability of the environment. This degree project focuses on the analysis of the design of the Environmental Management, Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Systems implemented by the consulting company RAISEN S.A.S. This company has developed systems in multiple productive sectors, such as construction, education and manufacturing, with the aim of supporting its clients in complying with legal regulations and improving their processes. However, the increasing complexity of regulation and market demands require constant evaluation and improvement of these systems. During this study, an exhaustive analysis of the documentary processes, hazard identification matrices and other key formats used in the management systems of RAISEN S.A.S. will be carried out. With this, it is expected to identify opportunities for improvement that will allow the company and its customers to optimize their management practices, reduce risks and strengthen their commitment to sustainability and occupational safety. The aim of this work is to propose programs for the aforementioned systems, thus contributing to the competitiveness and social and environmental commitment of the company RAISEN S.A.S.
