Resumen
A taxonomic review was carried out on individuals of the genus Leptogium (Collemataceae-Lichenized Ascomycetes) with the presence of tomentum (Mallotium Section) that are registered in the collection of the Emilio Mahecha Forest Herbarium Section Cryptogams of the Francisco José de Caldas District University UDBC. A total of 1078 specimens were examined from which 224 individuals were selected (with the presence of tomentum on some surface), to which the protocol based on macro and microscopic morpho-anatomical characters with their respective states of character was applied, proposed by Cunha & Marcelli 2008, Kitaura & Marcelli 2012. Based on this information, the material was evaluated in light of various taxonomic clues generated in different parts of the world, especially those published by Jørgensen 1997 and Kitaura et al 2012, 2013. As The result shows a total of 14 species from 13 Departments. Based on the comparative analysis between our individuals and the Type specimens examined that were published in 2012 by Kitaura & Marcelli, we propose Leptogium aff. aciculare P.M. Jørg., Leptogium aff. juressianum Tav, Leptogium aff. eriodermoids Arv. & P.M. Jørg., Leptogium s.p. 1 and Leptogium s.p. 2, as new species for science. Morpho-anatomical descriptions are supported by macro and microscopic photographs of the most systematically relevant structures accompanied by geographic, ecological, historical data and comments that allow differentiating each of the species. Finally, the first specific Taxonomic key is provided for the determination of Colombian species of the genus Leptogium Section Mallotium.
