Análisis de criterios de sostenibilidad aplicados en la gerencia de proyectos de infraestructura vial en Colombia

Abstract

This degree work corresponds to a monograph, whose purpose is to carry out an analysis of the implementation of sustainability in road infrastructure projects, mainly in the context of the construction sector in the national territory. As a first step for the development of the monograph, a bibliographic search of the cases of application of sustainability criteria in the road infrastructure construction sector was carried out; process that resulted in the identification of six (6) evaluation methodologies at the international level and three (3) sustainability guides applied at the national level; Through a comparative analysis of these methodologies and guides, those common sustainability criteria that are applied in road infrastructure projects were established. After identifying the sustainability criteria applied in road engineering, it was proposed to carry out a survey of professionals involved in the development of this type of project, with the aim of knowing the perception regarding the level of implementation of these criteria in the projects in question. who participate or have participated. Once the degree of application of the sustainability criteria for road infrastructure projects was known, a series of recommendations were formulated to be taken into account by the professionals in charge of directing and managing projects, in order to integrate the three pillars of sustainability (economic, social and environmental) and offer an interesting alternative for optimal planning, execution, management, control and evaluation of road engineering projects in Colombia.
