Resumen
In the 28 delegations there are news regarding the work staff for different reasons, affecting the productivity of each delegation and it makes that the measurements in the indices were below the acceptable limit in terms of the certification of their client's assets, however , from the Cash Management, only the productivity problem is observed by not having the information regarding absenteeism, while the news of plant are managed directly from the Human Talent area and there is no system that constantly updates the information and to which both parties have access, therefore, decisions such as hiring new personnel, loan or even reduction of this are not taken in due to the time it takes for the information to reach this point, this increasingly decreases the productivity of the organization or generates an increase in overtime. For this reason, an information system was designed and implemented in September capable of collecting the news in the operating plant of each of the national delegations quickly and intuitively through a virtual form, a tool focused on group the information and offer different types of indicators and data through tables and graphs, finally, an automatic reporting tool was implemented that will give management the possibility of monitoring in real time and take decisions in a timely manner in the face of news that can be presented in the operational plant of the 28 delegations, within the entire implementation process different support activities were developed such as conducting instructions and training focused on socializing the tools and their objective, in order to avoid reprocessing
