The deepening project sought to investigate and define the different components of a Virtual Learning Environment based on a Blended Learning and Flipped Classroom application for the development of digital skills and other associated or soft skills; For this, a search for information of theoretical references was developed to base and structure the proposal, for the development the ADDIE methodology was used and the different phases were followed from the analysis through semi-structured interviews and the definition of internal and external conditions to take into account in development; Then, the design of the Virtual Learning Environment was carried out in a combined learning or blended learning mode and it was implemented taking into account what was found and defined in the two previous phases. The implementation was applied in a course with 12 students, of which 11 of them made the development of the AVA and carried out the activities properly. For the results and analysis of this, two specialized softwares were used, SPSS and Atlas.ti22 for the quantitative and qualitative analysis, respectively. The result of the deepening project generates some conclusions on the way of implementing Virtual Learning Environments with the combination of methodologies and strategies that help not only to generate digital competences, but can be implemented for the development of other types of competences. different levels.
