Resumen
Description: The design of Virtual Learning Environments for the transverse axis of Environmental Management and Social Participation is guided to contribute to the integral formation of the student strengthening specific and general skills (Tobon S, 2010) which are being developed from the attendance class, and at the same time they are being signalized in each selected Syllabus. The Virtual Learning Environments are supported by Digital Teaching Unit, which is divided in three Digital Thematic Units in order of propose a single structure to each classroom, as well as teaching-learning process organized and guided from the provision of contents and other teaching aids. In this way, each Virtual Learning Environments actually corresponds to a Digital Theme Unit which is located on Moodle 2,5 platform District University, platform managed by the Transversal Technology Education Project (TTEP), in the URL http://ciencias.udistrital.edu.co/aduvirtual3/ . Methodology: It is divided in three phases: The first one “Diagnostic”, the second one “Design” and the third one “Evaluation”. Conclusions: In this way, the graduation project opens a door toward improvement learning of future Education Specialists and Environment Management of Francisco Jose de Caldas District University, taking advantage of tools which guide training process, with the implementation of didactic inputs based on Information and Communication Technologies. Similarly this opens a field with difficulties in the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for practicing teachers within the Specialization opening possibilities of design and assembly to different virtual rooms.
