Apoyo de actividades técnicas en el marco de procesos catastrales adelantados por el Igac en los municipios La Tebaida y Villarrica

Abstract

The present work framed within the inter-institutional agreement between the Francisco José de Caldas District University (UD) and the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC), shows the conceptualization, characterization and description of the technical activities that were carried out within the framework of cadastral processes. advanced by the IGAC in the municipalities of La Tebaida and Villarrica, where the integration of elements that address various components of knowledge is made visible and demonstrates the fundamental role of Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy in the cadastral updating of the country. As a result, the main objective was achieved, collaborating in the preparation of reports that identified alphanumeric and legal errors in the cadastral updating of the municipalities of Villarrica and La Tebaida with cut-off dates established in a period of one week. However, the results were not as expected, since to date in Since the internship was completed, the IGAC has not issued an appropriate resolution on the complete update of both La Tebaida and Villarrica, in addition to the fact that some of the errors identified have not been corrected. Therefore, it is recommended to continue with the cadastral updating processes for both the municipality of Villarrica and La Tebaida.
