Abstract

Through the execution of this project, a methodological proposal was addressed, the product of which consisted of an instruction that serves as a guide for the development of administrative supervision in the execution phase of road intervention contracts, for which the section included in Av. Villavicencio between Av. Tintal and Av. 1° de Mayo in the city of Bogotá D.C., focusing on the causes that generate delays in the projects and the contractual modifications that these cause. For this, a documentary review of the other documents and reports of the project corresponding to the case study was carried out, where the justifications for the work and auditing were identified through which the contractual modifications were given. In the same way, surveys were carried out on engineering professionals and related careers, with the objective of analyzing the different causes that generate delays in the works, and thus, in this way, the criteria were established by means of which they are mitigated and / or reduced. delays in road intervention works.
