Resumen
The Bogotá Cra 42 workshop is the largest collision workshop of the Nissan network in Bogota and has a large share in the insurance and personal sales market. The quality of repair plays an important role in the agreements and in the entrances of vehicles, since it is one of the indicators with which the insurer reconciles discounts and assigns greater amount of vehicles to the workshop. In this sense, the objective of the project is to improve the quality system in the workshop with the implementation of the seis sigma methodology through the DMAIC cycle whose acronym translates (Define, measure, analyze, improve and control), in this way the implementation of This methodology will mitigate the number of non-conforming outputs and the number of reprocesses within the workshop. For the development of the methodology it is necessary to define the variables that affect the process and establish the indicators that will validate the improvements implemented in the area, so with the analysis of the information obtained throughout the project it was established that the outputs that will support the serial project (No. of reprocesses, internal, No. of PQR, Number of orders for workshop guarantees, sigma level and NPS qualification of the ISC). Once the improvements have been implemented, a sigma level of 3.8 was reached with a process productivity of 98.94% based on a 3.36 sigma level and a productivity of 96.71%.
