Abstract

The work of degree, result of the practices carried out as an assistant of engineering and in aid with the extension of auditing of the District University Francisco José de Caldas, allowed to develop a series of contributions, which aim to generate an optimal performance in the future, these contributions are based on the experience of intern Cristian Leonardo Vargas Forero, whose activities in this execution were the supervision of maintenance activities, demolition, excavation and construction of platforms in the new Muzu neighborhood, Tunjuelito locality, this function was accompanied with the completion of weekly reports and a binnacle, this in order to maintain a daily control of the activities carried out, as well as all the setbacks and unforeseen events that were presented and that today facilitate the preparation of this work. With the aforementioned and with a proper analysis, social, economic and academic were raised by the intern different problems, questions and / or doubts that seek the growth of all estates involved in the execution of such urban projects. These problems will be accompanied by possible solutions that help mitigate these errors or wrong practices, which could generate great problems in the future with the work. In the same way, they could help to make the work of the future internship supervisors much more satisfactory, productive and enjoyable. Achieving the expected results from all the estates, and in the same way to be able to feed back with their learning and knowledge in other spaces, contexts and moments.
