Abstract

The document presented below describes the process carried out in the company of chemical cleaning products Quimiservi S.A.S. during the planning of the integrated system of quality management and environmental management under the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001 standards: 2015 for the planning of the management system, the tools acquired during the training as environmental administrator were used. In order to carry out this process, the context of the organization was taken into account, as well as the needs that are evident in the fulfilment of the satisfaction of the needs of the organization. the interested parties, the increase in productivity and the improvement of the organizational image at the level of the productive sector, is how the objective of the development of the work is based on strengthening the processes and procedures carried out within the organization, as well as the organizational climate and environmental management making use of tools such as training, surveys, document design and socialization. As a result of this process, great change and commitment on the part of the collaborators towards the improvement of the processes of the organization are evidenced, as well as the commitment in the allocation of the necessary resources to carry out in a short term the implementation of the system of quality management ISO 9001: 2015 and subsequently the certification in the standard
