Aplicación Web Para El Proceso De Gestión De Informes, Formularios Y Seguimiento De Obras Del Grupo De Investigación De Interventoría Y Consultoría De La Universidad Distrital Francisco José De Caldas

Abstract

Group Supervision and Consulting University District is a research group of the University Francisco José de Caldas, Technological seat formed by a group of active students, graduates, interns and technology teachers plant curriculum project Technology Building Civil Engineering and civil works, responsible for developing several projects with success delegates University. When performing information management consultancies and supervisions of projects and for reporting deficiencies occur because the formats are developed in Microsoft Excel, and there is an interface that allows a better control and management this information. Is proposed for solution of the problem, make a system of web information to keep track of each of the forms filled out by the research group For the realization of this platform it was considered creating its structure following formats to facilitate data entry by inspectors or residents work. Furthermore the respective base for storing the information for each module that integrates reporting data was also created.
