Análisis de las causas y efectos del cumplimiento del eje estratégico ambiental "un territorio que enfrenta el cambio climático y se ordena alrededor del agua" del Plan de Desarrollo Local "Una puesta en común por Los Mártires" período 2012 - 2015

Abstract

The planning processes in the territory, must be tackled from the integral look of different sectors such as economic, environmental, social, town-planning, between other; the document shows in brief form the causes and effects of the implementation of the environmental strategic axle “a territory that faces the climate change and its arranged about the water” inside Development plan District articulated with Development plan Local in “Los Mártires”, during the period 2012 – 2015 from the revitalization. The information taken shape of the writing arises from the normative review of the Development plan “Revitalization of the extended Center”, up to coming to the local project that its named –encouragement and organization for the revitalization processes and this way being able to establish the follow-up to the complement of the subject-matter. Although, the actions happened in the past, it is necessary to pay special attention to aspects that were fundamental and remained documented in different institutions, and simultaneously they serve like supplies input to recapture the planeation in long-term projects, which compromise the State and the citizenship to set up negotiations of town planning, which improve the habitat condition in the city, in which is there to raise again land-use management of the urban structure of strategic areas situated in important places, where there are applied the town-planning treatments and its instruments of planning avoiding thus the expansion of the territory and strengthening the densification of the city from the renewal.
