Resumen
This research report evidences the discourse in technological higher education, from its reception in the sociocultural context of the city of Bogota, benefiting mainly the educational community and the surrounding macro-environment, it is important to abstract the situation of higher technological education In the context of the critical discourse, being necessary that the educational scenario and the socio-cultural scenario dialogues, allowing the convergence of both in favor of the subject. The factor that places the problem of study presents the individual from the context identified as educational, analyzing a series of variables that deserve a manifestation in front of the place, educational training in technological higher education, from the behavior of young students, the service center Financial sector of the SENA Regional District Capital, who approach educational processes at the technological level, in order to professionalize their academic and productive practice. In this circumstance the emergent characteristic of the interaction process in the behavior of the subject within the training environment, which naturalizes, delimits and situates the scenario in which it acts, propitiates the discourse that even in an unconscious way, constructs elements that configure particular values , Own, subjective, semiologically related to the environment in which the subject lives.
