Resumen
The Institutional Data Infrastructure (I2D), in charge of managing the quality and access to the data generated by the IAvH, is carrying out the creation and application of a methodology that allows the publication of the existing historical material in the different repositories of information available in The institute, within this process are involved data with biological, socioeconomic and geographical elements, which according to their character are being retrieved within the relevant institutional catalogers, for the case, the geo-cataloger (GeoNetwork), preserving the research output Through its publication, a task that has been commissioned from the guidelines of IAvH to I2D. The applied methodology is composed of five phases: Planning, Preparation, Information search, debugging and structuring of data, incorporation of data, final disposal of information. The large number of archives within the institutional repositories, which are subject to recovery, are currently in the preparation phase, for such reasons, with the internship from the third phase until the incorporation of the projects in the catalogers Institutions. Specifically, five historical projects of a geographical nature are published in the catalogs, which are published following the I2D rules for cataloging, and elaborating technical reports with the details of each of them.
