The internship was based on the participation on a Musical Initiation course made in agreement between Ministerio de Cultura, Fundacion Musica en los Templos and Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas during the second half of 2015. It was carried out in sixteen regional hubs of Colombia. It linked teachers from many parts of the country, and twelve students of Musical Arts Curriculum Project; ten of them as interns. The objective of the internship was systematize the pedagogical proposals arising in the context of Musical Iniciation course at Santa Marta´s city (Magdalena) at Caribbean Region. The methodology included four steps as: foundation, fieldwork, analysis and systematization of activities and results socialization. The observation on the course was guided by questions about conceptions of musical initiation and by the guidelines proposed by the Ministerio de Cultura. Starting from the observed, relevant information about the pedagogical practices of participants was obtained, such as their way to teach at school; their conceptions about musical initiation; and tensions in relation to their work at schools.
