Resumen
This writing emerges as the fabric of pedagogical and personal experiences lived during the internship associated with the School Arts Festival. Following this premise, the following report seeks to immortalize the experience from a perspective as subjective as it is theoretical, where our role as interns is conceived as a compendium of support, supervision, recording, and auditing of the artistic and pedagogical processes that frame the emergence of said festival. The forging of this synthesis begins with the careful selection and filtering of content, moving from the option provided by Francisco José de Caldas University to carry out the internship in collaboration with the School Arts Festival, to the analysis and collection of specific and technical information about the festival. This journey involves exploring its background, investigating previous internships, delving into audiovisual records, unraveling the organization through timelines, stages, evaluation criteria, and parameters, as well as actively participating in meetings, among other aspects. The narrative unfolds towards our personal experience as interns, where we share a unique vision of the experiences and lessons learned during the course of the festival. This story becomes a detailed mosaic of moments imbued with emotional and symbolic weight, thus granting a poetic and labyrinthine dimension to our immersion in this endeavor laden with meanings.
