Resumen
In this work, a documentary tour is presented, as an approach to the state of the art on the social representations of school coexistence from 2016 to 2020 in the Colombian context. Through a qualitative research and the use of forms and structured interviews as research instruments, the identification of two groups in the research on school coexistence is presented; studies of violence and studies that focus on coexistence. About the former, representations of exclusion, lack of values, gender, offense or criticism, teasing and power relations in young people are stated. In the case of research on representations in coexistence, a variety was found in the research subjects, since teachers, students and fathers, mothers or guardians were identified, finding a difference between them. With reference to the representations about coexistence, in the case of the teacher they are framed in the role and experience of the teacher in his transforming role and good treatment, healthy coexistence, norms and conflict from the positive. In the case of students, these coincide in the norm as the main representation. And in the case of parents, the authority and discipline from the norm which must be exercised by the teacher.
