This work contains a complete business plan, in which a market study is immersed with an analysis of supply and demand, the elements that make up the SWOT matrix have been identified, discussed and analyzed, to solidify the projection of the organization The financial analysis was carried out with a 5-year projection, where the necessary resources are quantified to start the software production, the going to trade and to establish the balance of the operations before starting with the profit.
