Resumen
The present degree project aims to develop a methodological guide for the application of PVSOL educational software as a learning tool in the field of photovoltaic solar energy, in order to provide pedagogical and didactic information to be understood by anyone and also to be applied in any laboratory practice or academic project that is part of this field of study. Because of the current situation the world is going through, because of the health and health emergency that was presented in 2020 by the Covid-19 Virus, decreed in the world as a pandemic, the use of these technological tools work as an alternative support in education from the virtual point of view for both the student and the teacher, since it allows simulating conditions that are part of a conventional classroom; that is why the PVSOL software, provides the facility for the development of projects focused on renewable energies and the use of Tics. Consequently, a methodological guide was developed that explains the functioning of the tools offered by the software for the 3D simulation of photovoltaic systems and, in turn, application options for the Public Services Laboratory at the District University Francisco José de Caldas, The Porvenir citadel headquarters.
