Abstract
This graduation project at first instance of a theoretical recognition of the different methods for the preparation of a pathological study presented by different authors, then a general recognition of the affected building (institutional Welfare, Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources), this recognition It comprises a characterization of the area and the micro and macro climate that is exposed to the building, a visual inspection of the physical, mechanical and chemical actions implied, creating a collection of conditions for liego generate an analysis to help determine the type and pathologies level in the building and how best to treat. Finally according to the stipulations of the NSR-10 chapter A-10 An evaluation of seismic vulnerability, in order to generate a medium-term support for future decisions that can help preserve the life of the structure and optimum performance within the university thinking in terms of profitability, safety and functionality.
