Abstract

In the present project the proposal of improvement of processes according to CMMI model for Score Projects SAS is demonstrated, responding to their different needs and allowing to comply with the standardization and documentation of the processes that are carried out in the areas of operations and innovation and development (R + D). For this, a diagnosis of the current situation of the processes identified in each study area was started. Then, the implementation of the IDEAL methodology stages was carried out taking into account the guidelines of the CMMI Dev 1.3 level 2 model, this document is evidence of the activities that were developed to contribute to improve the service provision and the quality of the service. product offered by the company.
