Ruta metodológica para la correcta disposición de los lodos extraídos durante las obras de recuperación de la laguna de Fúquene

Abstract

As of 2017, within the framework of the project "Fúquene, todos de corazón", the dredging of the Fúquene lagoon begins, for which the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca made an investment of close to 36 billion pesos destined to expand the bank of machinery of the entity, and thus acquire the necessary equipment to remove the accumulated sediments in its bed product of agricultural, mining, urban, and industrial activities that are carried out in the upper part of the hydrographic basin. With the aim of ensuring that the extracted material does not become an economic, social and environmental problem for the villages surrounding to the Fúquene lagoon, the need arises to carry out a characterization and a technical analysis, which allows establishing the possible impact that is generating by the disposition of these muds in the territories of Fúquene, to finally propose a technological route that allows to realize its suitable treatment, taking into account the specific characteristics of the territory.
