Oportunidades de mejora en la gestión de la seguridad en el trabajo en la empresa Alkosto S.A. con base en la ISO 45000:2018

Abstract

The present project was based on the development of instructions and formats for improving the participation and leadership of the occupational safety officer in the company Alkosto K-Tronix S.A., basically influencing the standardization of activities involved in the processes of area of ​​safety at work, in order to achieve the best performance of the time of carrying out activities and the attenuation of existing problems such as the high turnover of the position and the lack of documentation thereof, in addition to the realization of improvements through of the registration form for road safety and the check list for the revision of work accidents. Due to the fact that the project was carried out during the internship and there already existed in the company a safety and health management plan at work, the methodology had a mixed source (documentary and field). Based on the regulations and pre-established formats by the company, the different instructions and formats for carrying out the activities related to the position of security practitioner were developed. In this way it was possible to conclude that with the implementation of the instructions and formats a better performance and participation in the activities of the position is generated.
