Due to the geographical location of the authors, the proceedings offer an interesting glimpse into the process of integrating technology into education across various regions of Colombia. The papers presented on this occasion describe the design of Virtual Learning Objects (VLOs), Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs), and Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) to contribute to solving cognitive and educational problems in diverse areas.
