Ítem Incidencias de la mano de obra colombiana por la automatización en los últimos 5 años : un análisis de cara al futuroAngarita Jara, Diego Alonso; Lizcano Caro, ImeldaThe objective of this work is to analyze some of the incidences caused by the automation of industry in Colombia in the last 5 years in cross-sectional terms, considering elements such as the risk of unemployment and the lack of training. In order to obtain the results, a descriptive study was carried out, taking as a basis the review of documentary works, such as: degree theses, scientific journals and web pages. Consequently, the documentary review made it possible to conclude that there are positive and negative incidences when implementing automation in industrial processes, the most notorious being unemployment, but not the only one, since it can be seen that businessmen know the importance of these transformations and are advocating for intra-company training of human talent to reduce the frictions that the digital transformation and consequently automation, which provides opportunities for companies to maintain and increase their competitiveness in the market
