The main objective is to make a multitemporal study of variations in the water table in the years 2010, 2012 and 2016, using Landsat satellite images 5ETM and 7ETM +, with historical data and measurements made in 2016, analyzing the variation in the depths of water table, using remote sensing techniques, geoelectric and geostatistics. Processing satellite images through the Index Normalized Difference Vegetation turn vertical geoelectric surveys are conducted by the method of Schlumberger. This system has two fundamental parts; the first one is the unmanned aerial vehicle UAV, in this case we are using a Turnigy Quadcopter model SK450, the drone works with 4 brushless motors Multistar 2213, each one with a max weight lifting of 850g, it has a flying controller KK 2.1.5 too, the drone is equipped with a fully mechanical mantis claw and it's function is to grab the balls that are detected by the detection software developed in the programming language Python. For this reason, they are necessary different teams that make this task, Therefore, is submitted the reconversion of the human movement capture system of the INTEGRA research group using lighter, modern, ergonomic and economic technology. Using magnetic field sensors based on the Hall Effect, which detect a magnetic field placed on the palm of the hand. The implementation of a six axis IMU sensor gives the orientation of the hand, through an acquisition platform with a firmware designed by ourselves and a model to determinate the position of the phalanges based on fuzzy systems. Since the area of digital signal processing and artificial vision we set to implement a versatile counter, able to work in real time, and any type of video source, based on open source solutions so that there is no restriction to use, modify, or implement in market the solution. Two different algorithms for identifying pedestrians were implemented, the algorithms are programmed in Python and libraries OpenCV where by performance tests the most optimal algorithm identified regarding use of hardware resources and precision for a count of people on a real environment checked.
