Although we know that not all the works have the same characteristics, if we recognize similarities that serve as a theoretical basis to establish a comparison and control tool in the works, in the same way with the technical standards that we often use to guarantee the correct development and operation of civil products, thus this monograph seeks to carry out a methodology guide in the implementation of technical supervision in the execution of civil works for the stabilization of slopes and hydraulic management.
