In contrast, the definition of Healthy Workplace of the World Health Organization states that "it is a working environment in which workers and managers collaborate in a process of continuous improvement to promote and protect the health, safety and welfare of the workers and sustainability of the work environment "Methodology: qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Population: assistants, officers, teachers, inspectors, residents, managers and professionals in industrial safety. Conclusion: The training workers in the construction sector provides consists mainly emphasize the importance of managing risks once these have materialized, this training, we can say that is important but is not supplemented, should cover the planning activity from the perspective of health and safety at work and because no loss control. So, such training is of educational purpose and requires, though not enough, a heavily axiological element (values) which should be highlighted among other things: responsibility, solidarity, ethics, moral, sociological and cognitive, with the ultimate aim of achieving a real training of construction workers. This necessarily result in welfare, safe and healthy working environment and productivity making human beings living in each worker transcends in each of the stages of his life. It is advisable to develop and / or strengthen different training models for the construction sector taking it's own where knowledge worker is an essential component features.
