Ítem GeoGrafiArte: Geovisor para el inventario del arte urbano en BogotáMartínez Silva, Mayra Alejandra; Ramírez Fernández, Salomón EinsteinThe unknowledge of the city and its artistic potential is the reason for proposing the creation of this tool that will allow people to georeference the murals and graffiti that are part of daily life;this application could be used by artists and lovers of ths art who want to make this art visible. This information can be useful for state entities like the police, who could identify the relationship between graffiti and crime, the invisible borders demarcated by scratches and the transformation that a mural generates in a dispute zone. This resource can be useful for legal personalities who want to revise regulations such as the police code where urban art is persecuted and criminalized without support for spatial analysis. According to the article “The history of Bogotá told on the wall”,tourism of urban art in Bogotá has been developing gradually since the 26th Avenue became the canvas of thousands of artists who were dissatisfied with the persecution and criminalization of the guild. Since then, the city has become a large outdoor museum where tours are made to appreciate these huge facades full of art and that have led to recovery through the art of spaces in conflict (Foggin, 2015).
