Ítem Estudio de nivel de riesgo por descargas eléctricas atmosféricas en el barrio El Brillante municipio de Villavicencio bajo el escenario del programa de normalización de redes eléctricas – PRONEVillagran Romero, Diego Alejandro; Vega Escobar, Adriana Marcela; 0000-0003-4739-2606; Vega Escobar, Adriana Marcela [0000-0003-4739-2606]The present monograph approaches the level of risk from lightning strikes in El Brillante, a subnormal neighbourhood in Villavicencio, It was chosen as a Electricity Grid Normalisation Programme (PRONE) beneficiary. Its purpose is to establish the level of risk from atmospheric electrical discharges in the project most critical area. For its development, a theoretical basis was provided on the calculation of the risk level from atmospheric electrical discharges as described in the Colombian Technical Regulations NTC 4552-2, as well as for the different types of electrical accidents based on the Technical Regulations for Electrical Installations (RETIE). Using the standards mentioed before as a guide, the methodology was developed first by identifying the structure and the services to be protected, in this case, the house or property with the greatest extension and height. With the structure's identification to be evaluated, it was calculated the different risk components R1, R2, R4 and for the different events Ra, Rb, Rc, Rm, Ru, Rv, Rw and Rz, which were below the tolerable risk values. The value obtained for the risk level for loss of human life (R1) was 4,022*10^(-6), for loss of public services (R2) was 1,421*10^(-6) and finally for loss of economic value (R4) was 3.642*10^(-5), values lower than *10^(-5), *10^(-3) and *10^(-3) respectively, these being the maximum tolerable values according to NTC 4552-2. Considering the above, a comparative analysis was made of the tolerable or reference values according to NTC 4552-2 with the values obtained for each type of risk, concluding that the risks identified are less than the tolerable value (Rx < RT), the structure does not require protection measures, i.e., it is protected for losses to the different events of atmospheric electrical discharges and does not require the implementation of corrective measures to mitigate this risk.Ítem Gestión de eficiencia energética para las instalaciones del Liceo Juan Ramón Jiménez con enfoque en la iluminaciónGuancha Taquez, Jhonatan Eduardo; Silva Aragón, Lina Fernanda; Vega Escobar, Adriana Marcela; Vega Escobar, Adriana Marcela [0000-0003-4739-2606]Context: The concept of management and efficient energy in the education sector is a subject rarely addressed by energy development research in Colombia, despite the fact that it should be given the necessary priority, since it complements a correct and comprehensive national development plan. Historically little importance has been given to the care of energy consumption in educational institutions, even with the priority that should be given. Currently and thanks to the worldwide development of technologies and thoughts towards environmental sustainability, research on the subject is under development; some of these focused on the educational sector, thus opening the doors of research for the future. The purpose of this work is to provide some relevant data within the energy and educational sectors on issues such as energy management and efficiency, focusing on the lighting of a specific institution and exposing how research and field work helped to discover real data that contribute to the development of activities of this type in the school environment, both nationally and internationally, and providing some bases for their corresponding analysis, even in the future if required. Among the main information that will help to achieve the proposed objectives, information will be shown, such as the average monthly consumption billed in kWh (3,536.02), the average monthly lighting consumption (997.8), the total cost of the currently installed luminaires ( $13,058,533), number of areas that do not have adequate lighting (15 of 80) among other data such as lighting references, characterization of the electrical installation, economic and energy figures of possible solutions to energy management problems, etc. In this report, a methodological route, a management plan and a roadmap will be proposed that will allow the people who are part of the Juan Ramón Jiménez High School to acquire more knowledge about energy management, optimization and efficiency. In addition, it will focus on lighting, this being the field of greatest use in educational institutions and, therefore, with the highest energy consumption. Although this report is directed specifically at the Juan Ramón Jiménez High School, it is expected that in the future it will be applicable to other educational institutions with similar characteristics. Method: In order to achieve an appropriate methodological route and an effective action plan, the development of a study focused on energy consumption within the institution is proposed, seeking to end with a result that proposes an improvement in the habits and final values of this within of the installations specifically in the lighting sector.Ítem Metodología para la predicción de problemas referentes a las TIC en organizaciones de servicios generalesPinzón, Christian Jesus; Vega Escobar, Adriana Marcela; Vega Escobar, Adriana Marcela [0000-0003-4739-2606]This thesis is to show the efficiency of implementing a help desk application with a predictive model for the definition of a catalog of services, with the execution of good practices for the management of technological services through a quality standard to guarantee these services. accordingly, the general services company intends to resolve the requests and requirements of users through application, keeping the life cycle of each incident centralized. This Help Desk system was developed using the PHP programming language, with the HTML5 structure, its CSS styles defined by Bootstrap and its MYSQL database engine. With the creation of an entity-relationship model suitable for the needs of the company, a ticket management module, user module, manual module and a descriptive analysis module of the tickets found in the base.
