Activities such as the calculation of quantities and the preparation of a part of the documentation necessary for the opening and award of private tenders, Budget control which allows the updating and adaptation of the initial budget, made in 2015, with all legal and contractual specifications that affect it to this day, among others. The process of elaboration of these activities was carried out thanks to previous knowledge in programs like Microsoft Office Excel and the professional support of the people that conform the administrative equipment. At the moment the work has awarded a large part of the necessary activities for its execution and delivery of apartments in the month of October of 2017.Ítem Protocolos de estandarización aplicando la metodología PMI en proyectos del IDRD – Parque Gibraltar Bicentenario ubicado en la Localidad de KennedyAlgeciras Castro, Karen Adriana; Motta Escobar, Caroline Yamily; Sánchez Cotte, Edgar HumbertoThis work develops the standards defined in the PMBOK guide for the Metropolitan Park Gibraltar Bicentennial located in the town of Kennedy, establishing the standardization protocols for the execution of the works of this important investment in infrastructure to be carried out by the district in the head of the District Institute of Recreation and Sport - IDRD. The information that will be the main input for the implementation of the methodology corresponds to the public bidding IDRD-STC-CM-LP-020-2019, published in the transactional platform of purchases of the Colombian state (Secop II) that includes: specifications, official budget, previous studies, market study, among others. From the analysis of the information collected, the scope, cost and time will be identified as the main variables and then each of the management areas defined in the PMBOK will be implemented (integration management, scope, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement, stakeholders), thus obtaining the project management program that will provide the tools for compliance with the conditions established not only for the contractor but for all stakeholders in the project, seeking to ensure the success of the project.
