Ítem Saberes ancestrales, memoria del territorio, usos y costumbres estudio etnobotánico de diez especies focales o de importancia de la flora local entre la población afrodescendiente de los corregimientos de Juanchaco y Ladrilleros, Bahía Málaga, Buenaventura, Colombia.Meneses Moreno, Loretta Alejandra; Pinzón Ramírez, MaritzaTerritory, people, knowledge, transmission. These are the four components of this study made in one of the most biodiversity region of the planet and also a place where one can find 1) high rates of social poverty, marginality,invisibilization by the Colombian State; 2) exploitation and looting by rich countries and in process of development and 3) although historically, Afro descent communities have been stripped from their heritage, one that is proper to the African cultures who were brought against their will to the new world; they keep alive a great system of beliefs and knowledge in their cultural practices that get stronger in the relationship human beings- nature. As is now clear, the context in which this study was performed is quite complex. This research describes 10 plants: sticks, weeds and grasses: Matarratón, Chanul, Mangle, Poleo, Resucito, Citronela, Albahaca, Mata e´ chucha, Jiguanegro and Cilantro cimarrón. The point of depart are local narratives as considerations to the definition of these plants as focal or important for the inhabitants of the villages of Juanchaco and Ladrilleros in Bahía Málaga. The review of source about ethnobotany and Afro-descendents ethnobotany was carried out in Bogotá and Cali. Fieldwork used the combined ethnography, observation participants and semi-structured interviews to 9 adults and pedagogical workshops with seventeen 17 children. The actions in territory were carried out in 2011, 2012 and 2013. The results are in quantitative and qualitative terms, in turn the analysis is narrative according to the sustained conversations and the contrast with the information of other studies. All plants serve many uses. The categories of spirit-religious (medicine and aromatic) with 9 plants, commercial 7, edible 5, construction 3, ecological 2 and cultural (handicrafts, instruments) stand out from higher to lower 2. According to IUCN classification are found in Critical danger or endangered: Chanul, mangle and even Jigua Negro. The non-evaluated state of conservation corresponds to Matarratón, Citronela, Albahaca, Mata e'chucha and in lesser danger or this Resucito, Cilantro cimarrón and Poleo are not vulnerable but the interviewees indicate that it has been stopped cultivating and consuming. None report as endemic specie to Biogeographic Chocó. A ethical compromise is exposed this document for the community on 2017.
