Ítem Formulación de un manual de buenas prácticas agrícolas en el cultivo de gulupa para la Hacienda Misiones en el municipio de Mesitas del Colegio, CundinamarcaBarón Orozco, Viviana; Jacome Medina, Diana Carolina; Melo Brito, Nádenka BeatrizThe purpose of this work is the development of a Manual of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to serve as a tool and guide for Gulupa producers at “Hacienda Misiones”, it must support the procedures that contains the records and instructions of operations and activities to be carried out in crop production, ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives in the agricultural processes of quality assurance and safety, protection and health of workers, and contributing to environmental sustainability that allows the differentiation of its producer’s product other bidders. To carry out the development of the manual, a methodology that contains the tools to achieve the objectives of the work which consists by an assessment of compliance to identify the state in which the cultivation of Gulupa is now, analyze and evaluate states agricultural practices taking into account the provisions of the standard (Resolution 004 174 2009) for the design manual. By a proper implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in the system of crop production Gulupa it strengthens confidence that the producer offers its customers and consumers and also the support of having quality products with procedures and records established.Ítem Prospección del cultivo de la chamba (Campomanesia lineatifolia) y su principal producto derivado en el Municipio de Miraflores, en la Provincia de Lengupá, Boyacá - ColombiaPáez Arias, Daniel Fernando; Forero Cepeda, José Daniela; Melo Brito, Nádenka BeatrizThis is a survey about the cultivation of chamba and specifically its main derivative product (frozen pulp), in the municipality of Miraflores, capital of the province of Lengupá, department of Boyacá (Colombia). This study will determine the degree of acceptance that the products derived from the chamba have, mainly the pulp and the conditions in which the by-products of the chamba are marketed, as well as the effects or benefits that the prospecting of the harvest can bring crop. In the development of this project different properties and characteristics of the fruit of the chamba were evaluated, which allows to determine the conditions that can be improved from the production, storage and transport to evaluate and even expand the possibilities to increase productive projects that allow giving Get to know this fruit and derived products beyond the province of Lengupá. The foregoing would boost economic growth in the region and highlight the work of peasant organizations and producers of chamba, in addition to allowing people from other regions to know this fruit from pulp processing and transformation, under standard and determined conditions.
