Ítem Balance estadístico y cartográfico sobre tierras y medio ambiente en la región de la Orinoquía, subregión de Macarena-GuaviareGuevara Venegas, Gustavo Adolfo; Cardona Londoño, Claudia María; Rodríguez Muñoz, Flavio BladimirSeeking to know the situation of information on the issues of environment and land at national, regional and subregional levels (Orinoquia and PDET: Macarena-Guaviare) a search of the available statistical and cartographic data is carried out at each of the three corresponding scales, and subsequently, based on the national balance sheet, the regional problem is identified, which corresponds to the problems of land use, which have a significant percentage of extension in Orinoquía, in other words, where the current use of the soil does not correspond to the vocation, after this, the problem is worked on a regional scale where a study is carried out at the local level for the municipalities belonging to the PDET: Macarena-Guaviare and gives a situational analysis of the state of the rural property (classified in 3 sizes) with the current use of the land, vocation of the same and clearly with the problems that underlie these two, taking into account the possible primary and secondary causes of these.Ítem Diseño de guía para alternativa de valuación de áreas boscosas bajo el esquema de captura de carbono y aplicación de ejemplos en predios en la Calera y Facatativá, CundinamarcaFigueroa Chitiva, Alba Luz; Guevara Venegas, Gustavo Adolfo; Torres Colmenares, Oscar Fernando; Pérez Carvajal, Edwin RobertThis project of graduation is done as an alternative to wooded areas evaluation in rural lands in Colombia, here we show the design of the methodological guide for the appraisal of forestry areas based on carbon capture scheme, this displays the steps and procedures that must be followed in order to find the amount of aerial biomass, the capture of carbon and the equivalent CO2 that the forestry area contains, to later value it under the carbon credits that this equivalence represents; afterwards two practical examples of the application of the methodological guide design are made in lands located in the department of Cundinamarca, as main supply for the analysis of conserved wooded areas and its potential as a differentiator in appraisals, assuming that the greater the number of trees per hectare, that is, the greater the conservation of the forest, the greater the economic valuation of these areas.
