Today the building has had a big increase, so it is evident that man and industry should follow hand for beneficial results, both economic and quality of life. The relationship between economic development and environmental protection should be viewed framed under the same concept, where the efficient use of natural resources, the appropriate use of materials and supplies, improving the processes of generation, transportation, disposal and management of construction and demolition waste (RCD) must be part of a new civic culture by providing benefits to the environment and the economy of the city. This document aims to propose a program for the management of construction and demolition waste in Madelena Altos project, which serves as a replica to be applied in other construction projects Prodesa SAS This generates that sometimes the public space (roads, parks, road dividers, gardens, natural waterways and areas of round) are occupied by this waste, producing significant environmental impacts and administrative costs to the responsible district entities of control and management from the rubble. The existing regulations in the city determines that the generators and transporters of debris are responsible for their management and disposal. It also specifies that the disposal of waste must be done in the district dumps, transfer stations authorized by the Department of Environment or fillings authorized by the authorities of district planning work. While environmental regulations in appearance is clear in regulating the handling rubble, in practice legal inconsistencies arise, technical and Administrative facilitating that waste is disposed of improperly implemented environmental management and sometimes not suitable.
