Diseño de un sistema de indicadores para evaluar la eficiencia de los procesos de apoyo logístico para servicios de salud

Abstract

Performance of hospital support services is a determining factor in the integral provision of healthcare, particularly the logistic support process plays a transcendental role in the execution of health services since it complements the healthcare provided by health professionals. This document is the plan of research activities compilation of results on the framework of the institutionalized doctoral thesis called "MODEL MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES BASED ON AUTO ORGANIZED STRUCTURES", a reconnaissance, formulation and delimitation of the logistic process for to propose a system indicators to evaluate their efficiency in health services. Its development allowed to identify that the logistic process in the health context is a relegated process to functions without adequate importance and from which it is partially possible to contribute to the improvement the execution of the health services.
