Abstract

The Institutional Education Proyect management stage can propitiate the construction of different strategies are framed in the management areas of an institution, the strategies described in the next thesis are revolved around the academic management area in which we are interested to influence. The next thesis starts describing the particular situation of the Institución Educativa San Rafael de Domo Planas, Educational Institution (EI) located in the rural zone of Puerto Gaitán municipality, Meta department, inside a indigenous reservation, to propose in them academic management processes a strategy of special curricular orientations, that permits to the proyect articulate the development of the educative concept in the Sikuani indigenous people, expressed in the Community Education Proyect with the process of the Institutional Education Proyect.
