Sistema de información web para la gestión del proceso de reliquidación de Bienestar Institucional de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

The “Sistema de información web para la gestión del proceso de reliquidación de bienestar institucional de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas”, is an application based on web services that has the purpose of allowing students to carry out the reliquidation process. Through which, students can, with their Academic Management System (SGA) credentials, fill out the necessary data and attach the relevant documents for said process, in the same way, they can review the status of the same. This application was developed using the client/server architecture and under Scrum methodology that will include the management of software development thanks to its applicable principles of flexibility and agility, through the use of technological tools such as: Angular, GoLang, NodeJS, PosgreSQL. Among the modules developed are the login module which is an implementation of the university's single login, which allows any student or administrator with the proper authorization to enter the application either to carry out the process or manage the same. The second module found is the one for the registration of data and documents necessary for the process, in which necessary data (salary, stratum, Sisbén, economic dependency, among others) are requested for the process. In the third place, there is the module for administrative management in which the person in charge of the re-liquidation process observes and classifies the requests, downloads the organized files and manages the status of the process according to the case.
