Aplicación web progresiva para la gestión de información en los portales interactivos de la localidad ciudad bolívar

Abstract

The Mayor's Office of Bogota since 2017 allocates resources for the interactive portals project of ciudad bolivar, which is focused on reducing the digital divide, giving resources and opportunities to the inhabitants so they can develop their skills in telecommunications and technology industry, however the way the interactive portals project is managed is inefficient, because the processing of information is done by physical means such as paper, taking into account the disadvantages such as duplicity, loss and mobility of data. As a solution to the administrative problems and for the benefit of the community of Ciudad Bolivar, it is proposed to create a progressive web application, which is responsible for registering the participants of the trainings, centralizing the data produced, interpreting the information to know the value indicators of the social program, therefore the implementation of an application would improve the efficiency and robustness of the process. The PICIB application will be developed with current tools such as: Angular, Firebase, Tailwind CSS. The selected tools offer in terms of scalability, code robustness and extension of the project, the quality of the information found in the web system and the availability of data is prioritized, therefore making use of cloud services is a fundamental part of the project.
