El sistema educativo de apoyo para el aprendizaje a larga distancia es el resultado de la necesidad de los entes educativos públicos por mejorar la calidad de la educación de los estudiantes e incrementar el porcentaje de los jóvenes habitantes de la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar que ingresan a la educación superior. La aplicación se compone de módulos de ingreso, desarrollo de actividades y ayuda. Los módulos se establecen bajo las herramientas Java para la programación y MYSQL para el almacenamiento de la base de datos. Para el diseño de la aplicación se utilizó la metodología SCRUM, la cual se basa en tres pilares fundamentales que son transparencia, inspección y adaptación.
Resumen
The educational system of support for long distance learning is the result of the need of public education entities to improve the quality of education of students and increase the percentage of young people in the city of Ciudad Bolívar who enter the school higher education. The application consists of entry modules, activity development and help. The modules are established under the Java tools for programming and MYSQL for the storage of the database. For the design of the application the SCRUM methodology was used, which is based on three fundamental pillars that are transparency, inspection and adaptation.
