Para las organizaciones gubernamentales, es indispensable cumplir de forma rápida y eficiente con todos los requerimientos de las personas que acuden a sus servicios, para ello es importante tener las mejores herramientas, tanto administrativas como tecnológicas, que permitan realizar sus actividades con mejores tiempos de respuesta. En el caso de la UARIV, se hace necesario generar un modelo datos que permita realizar los pagos de sentencias judiciales e implementarlo en el sistema de información actual. Para ello, en este artículo se realizará el estudio de dicho sistema de información y las mejoras que requieren. Luego se diseñará el modelo de datos y se ejecutará como prueba para comprobar su buen funcionamiento. Finalmente se demostrarán las ventajas que presenta para el cumplimiento de los pagos por órdenes judiciales de la entidad.
Resumen
For governmental organizations, it is essential to comply quickly and efficiently with all the requirements of the people who come to their services, for this it is important to have the best tools, both administrative and technological, to enable their activities with better response times. In the case of the UARIV, it is necessary to generate a data model that allows the payment of judicial sentences and implement it in the current information system. For this, in this article the study of said information system and the improvements they require will be carried out. Then the data model will be designed and run as a test to check its proper functioning. Finally, it will demonstrate the advantages that it presents for the indemnities.
