Ítem Apoyo al proceso de autoevaluación de la TGSA en el factor 8 características 33-35.Peñaloza Díaz, Yerlys María; Orozco Landazury, Maira Alejandra; Bautista Herrera, Hayder OsvaldoThis report aims to address, analyze and evaluate the factor 8 organization, administration and management focused on characteristics 33 and 35, in order to support the program's high quality re-accreditation process. For this, teachers, administrators and students were appraised, in addition to obtaining first-hand information and the information systems available to the university through the different methodological instruments implemented, a review of the improvement plans for the career, its articulation and fulfillment of objectives in the development plan of the university with the issues related to the organization administration and management of the program. In characteristic 33, it is possible to identify the organizational structure with which the fines for teaching, research, innovation and the extension of the program correspond, as well as training, dedication and commitment by the administrative staff of the curriculum project, realizing that they are suitable, competent and prepared for such work. Regarding what corresponds to characteristic 35, the guidelines and policies that guide the administration, organization and management of the program are identified, showing the processes and procedures that specify the form of operation in the different instances of the curriculum project, being of greater hierarchical order at the institutional level the strategic development plan (CSU Agreement No. 009 of May 17, 2018), and for the project, the educational plan of the PEP 2017 program As main results were obtained, a positive appreciation by teachers, students and administrators to the work performed by the direction of the program, an advance of 65% in compliance with the goals of improvement plans, need for innovation management model of the university, a proposal for improvement focused on optimization in the decision-making processes of the program is also described and it is concluded that the qualification obtained from the factor contributes to obtaining the qualified record.Ítem Diseño de estructura organizacional en la empresa fabrica de arepas Casa Blanca S.A.SFarfán Obando, Laura Daniela; Manrique López, Karina; Manrique López, Karina [0000-0001-5573-9978]To carry out the project, it is based on the diagnosis of the situation of the organization where it is possible to detect a considerable increase in the demand for its products, and therefore an important growth, this as a result of the strategic alliance with an important chain store, for this reason, the company has had to expand the number of workers and invest in infrastructure; however, this growth does not respond to a model of organized growth where goals and objectives are set in the short, medium and long term, and has generated an absence of positions, obligations and defined roles for the employees, which is inefficient, presenting situations in which the tasks have been duplicated or on the contrary are overlooked and not carried out, even when a person is missing, it is not known exactly under what functions replace it, leading to process failures. Due to the above, the design of the strategic planning and the structure organization, the first to provide an organizational tool that supports decision making, and the second in order to direct the growth of the organization and reduce its dependence on its employees. This was done applying the technique of direct observation in each job, interviews and meetings with the workers, each of the activities that make up the production process reflected in a flow chart, it was described and documented the functional load in 15 functions manuals, the positions that obtained from the process were placed in a hierarchical diagram, the process of the project was verified through constant socialization with the administrator of the company achieving as a result the correct distribution of functions, responsibilities and commitments in each of the areas and positions.Ítem Diseño de estructuras de control organizacionales como redes complejas: una propuesta de estudioMoreno Morales, Diego Esteban; Espitia Casas, Edinson; Bohórquez Arévalo, Luz EsperanzaIntroduction: Several investigations have demonstrated the importance of the organizational structure in the performance of companies, due to the influence it exerts in the forms as the information is processed for the decision making. To date the dominant structure in the business context has been the hierarchy of control characterized by tree topology. Nevertheless, numerous investigations have evidenced the precariousness of these structures to process information, an aspect that is manifested in slowness and fragility in the decision making, and by extension is constituted in cause of business failure. This article was written in 2017 at the Faculty of Engineering of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, Bogotá, Colombia. Methodology: For the paper development a revision of the main limitations of the tree topology and by extension of the failures that the hierarchical structures of control are presented. As well as the characteristics and features of complex networks are revised, emphasizing the aspects that ex-plain its robustness, and punctually the capacity of information processing, and that therefore constitute an alternative to overcome the limitations of the hierarchy of control. From this review, the implications of the adoption of this type of structure in business organizations could be raised. Results: Complex networks as organizational control structures mean a new form of management that aims to adapt to the changing and dynamic conditions of a complex environment, additionally presents a great number of advantages over dominant structures of the traditional paradigm such as hierarchical and pyramidal structures. Conclusions: This new proposal is subject to be studied and proven through various techniques such as agent-based simulation or empirical studies that allow to solve the various questions that have arisen.Ítem Diseño de la estructura organizacional y de coordinación de un observatorio basado en inteligencia colectivaCastillo Rodríguez, Nelson Stiven; Farfán González, Mónica Sofía; Bohórquez Arévalo, Luz EsperanzaThe importance of the organizational structure in the performance of companies has been highlighted in the literature. In the traditional paradigm for the Operational Management, the “organizational structure” refers to the formal pattern of interactions that shows who depends on who and how tasks are divided, their relevance lies in aspects such as adaptability, agility in response and emergence of cooperative behaviors, among others. However, despite the relevance of the issue, there are no major advances regarding alternative organizational structures to traditional control hierarchies despite their limitations in information processing, and consequently in the impact they would have on performance, in particular to take advantage of the resources available in knowledge-intensive and geographically distributed organizations. The observatories of social dynamics composed of representatives of higher education institutions are an example of this type of organization, in which resources such as information, knowledge, experiences, materials, capital and technological infrastructure turn out to be valuable in the results of the observatory. The main contribution of this research lies in the design of an organizational structure for an observatory of social dynamics focused on employability and job placement. The proposal is based on two theoretical axes: collective intelligence (CI) and high reliability organizations, due to the capacity to use the resources available and efficient performance in complex environments respectively. The methodology for the development of the proposal is supported by grounded theory, in which the design emerges from the approaches made in previous research. In the first part, a review of the literature regarding the CI and the characteristics of high reliability organizations is presented. Based on the results of the review, in the second part, the proposed organizational structure for the observatory is presented, emphasizing the alternatives to divide and coordinate the work, and the key characteristics of the structure are presented to facilitate the use of the resources available.Ítem Diseño de una estructura organizacional empresarial integral nodal basada en el fomento del uso de las fuentes de energía limpia como solución a las necesidades energéticas del municipio de Acandí en el departamento del ChocóMancipe Contreras, Efraín; Umaña Villamizar, Flor de MaríaThe need to contribute you to the Colombian population with limited resourses, fom the University to solve the problems caused bay poor electrical service in isolated zones such as: gaps in health services,Ítem Diseño de una estructura organizacional para grupos estudiantiles para permitir la flexibilidad, agilidad y toma de decisiones: caso ANEIAPCordoba Zambrano, Sebastian; Sáenz Blanco, Fabiola; Sáenz Blanco, Fabiola [0000-0003-0040-1296]Student groups emerge from the social need of students to gather according to common interests. These groups have been a formative complement for young people, becoming a space for comprehensive education through the application of knowledge in conditions similar to those of companies, such as hierarchy, functions, processes, and other aspects directly related to the functioning of these organizations. However, despite having an educational focus for their members, their organizational structures limit the execution of their mission. The organizational structures of student groups are characterized by being solid, centralized, and inflexible, which poses a restriction on their agility in decision-making in a dynamic environment such as education. For this reason, it has been decided to take the case of ANEIAP (National Association of Industrial, Administrative, and Production Engineering Students) as a study object to implement a model of flexible, agile, and adaptable organizational structure that can be replicated in different student groups.Ítem Estructuración y formulación de una nueva empresa dedicada a realizar análisis de calidad energéticaJara Estupiñan, Jefferson; Tovar Moreno, Juan Diego; Saavedra Guzmán, RuthThis document corresponds to the development of a degree project, aimed at the structuring and formulation of a new company dedicated to the provision of services in the industrial sector, managing a range of 4 services, framed within the energy quality or power quality as it is known by other sectors of the population. In this report you will find the context in which the idea of creating this company is framed, the market in which it will operate is objectively analyzed, evaluating: the main competitors, supply and demand. Likewise, the entire organizational structure that the company must have is analyzed, for its constitution and operation. Among the analyzes carried out, the technical and economic viability of the project was determined, based on a review of the cash flows with 3 investment scenarios, two of which propose the acquisition of loans and verifying the sensitivity of the project to critical variables such as : the TRM since the network analyzers were quoted in foreign currency and the income from service sales, taking into account that the expenses and costs of the activity must be paid from the latter. Finally, it is concluded that the project is viable in the 3 scenarios, seeing an advantage in scenario number 2, in which the loan is 50% of the initial investment, since it allows attractive cash flows, a medium sensitivity to variations in the critical variables and additional, a release of capital by the investor, which can be used in other projects.Ítem Formalización de la plataforma estratégica y estructura organizacional de la empresa unipersonal de Robinson Andrés Rubio Silva (Distribuciones Delmontefrio).Arandia Vega, Hugo Ferney JR; Herrera Peralta, Jesús David; Moreno Penagos, Claudia MabelThis work is based on the research and analysis that was carried out on the current situation of the company DISTRIBUCIONES DELMONTEFRÍO, a company dedicated since its creation in 2015 to the production and distribution of dairy products such as: cheese, yogurt, milk cream and Suero costeño, located in the city of Bogotá and with the presence of its products in Cundinamarca, Boyacá and Santanderes. Given the great experience in the field and the excellent quality of its products, the company has had an important growth in production and sales, however, its owners have focused exclusively on production, leaving aside planning and management activities that mark a route and formalize the company's projections, which led to the following question: How to promote the growth of the company DISTRIBUTIONS DELMONTEFRÍO from tools that formalize its objectives and structure in order to respond to the current and future market? Having exposed this, this work ranges from the formulation of the strategic platform that includes the company's mission, vision, corporate values and quality policy, as well as the approach of short, medium and long-term objectives, to the formal proposal of an organizational chart that gives the company a solid structure oriented towards meeting goals, increasing market share and job creation.Ítem Implicaciones de la estructura organizacional: Organizaciones como sistema de procesamiento de informaciónGómez Vesga, Juan Daniel; Sierra Pineda, Diego Alejandro; Bohorquez Arévalo, Luz EsperanzaThis review article derives from the research “Implications of organizational structure: Organizations as a data processing system”, conducted in 2017 at the school of industrial engineering, Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. It is noted that hierarchical structures are the predominant paradigm in organizations, although research has shown the precariousness of these structures for data processing. To identify the features that make it possible to understand the company as an agile data processing system. The structural features of data processing systems are reviewed from various disciplines. Based on this review, the implications of understanding business organizations, particularly the structure design, as data processing systems are set out. An assessment is made on the implications of designing more agile structures in data processing for organizational engineering. The understanding of business organization, particularly the structure, as a data processing system offers a widely different perspective of the traditional paradigm. The research is at its early stages and there are no models or empirical evidence regarding the statements made. The high levels of agility in the decision-making of the disciplines studied allow to plan important lines of research in this regard. The proposal is in the conceptual phase and requires experimental verification.Ítem Incidencia de la estructura en el desempeño del equipoAcevedo González, Catherine; Rodríguez López, María Fernanda; Bohórquez Arévalo, Luz EsperanzaIntroduction: This article is product of research on business self-organization developed at the Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas on 2019-2020 starting from that collective intelligence (CI) has been viewed as an approach that enables from the use of the interactions among the agents and between these and the environment to increase the intelligence of the system; understood as the ability to take full advantage of distributed resources and to adapt nimbly to the changing conditions of the environment Methodology: in the first part, the conditions that may facilitate CI are explored through a review of the literature. In the second part an experiment is designed in a micro-world environment in which incorporate some of the conditions identified to facilitate the CI in the structure of a team and its performance is compared with a team that has a hierarchical structure. Results: the teams that have a structure with facilitates CI, present on average greater performance, coordination effectiveness and adaptability, as well as better interaction dynamics among the members. These teams present higher levels of interaction, information flows and activity among the participants, reflected in the number of interventions and in the use of the resources offered in the game. Conclusions: the increase in complexity that the application of IC inducers gives the team could be a predictor of better performances in environments of increasing complexity; in contrast to teams that have structures that reduce their complexity as the hierarchical structure. Originality: This article provides evidence regarding the incidence of roles in the performance of the company. Limitations: one of the main constraints is the virtual interaction between the participants and between them with the research team. Face-to-face interaction would allow more intensive use of affiliate links between participants. Keywords: collective intelligence, micro-world, hierarchical structure, organizational structureÍtem Modelo de estructura organizacional para el fomento de la auto-organización empresarial: incrementado su agilidad para dar respuesta a las condiciones cambiantes del entorno.Castro Acevedo, Paula Sofía; BOHORQUEZ AREVALO, LUZ ESPERANZAHierarchical control structures in companies are slow and inefficient in detecting and dealing with environmental stimuli, as they fail to collect, interpret and synthesize large volumes of information, which significantly hinders the exploitation of opportunities and the mitigation of environmental threats. Currently, efforts have been made to reduce this tendency by means of structures adaptable to environmental conditions, such as networked, cellular or project-based structures, among others. It has been found that, although the performance of these organizations increases significantly, they do not fully improve their ability to respond to these conditions because they still retain the principles of control hierarchies and also inherit their problems. From the review of the literature on complex adaptive systems, it was found that they are the most efficient in information processing and particularly the property of self-organization, can overcome the deficiencies of the current organizational structures. This paper uses a methodology that gathers qualitative and quantitative epistemological principles from grounded research to design a structure model that fosters self-organization and increases organizational agility; that is, increasing the speed at which organizations can take advantage of opportunities and mitigate environmental threats. This model was validated by means of agent-based simulation, which would allow comparing the characteristics of an organizational structure that promotes the emergence of self-organization in companies with respect to a traditional hierarchical structure. As a result of this research, it is expected to evaluate whether the proposed structure follows self-organization principles and improves organizational agility.Ítem Pasantia como auxiliar de supervisión y monitoreo de avance de obras de construccion y vias en el municipio de sibaté cundinamarcaRey Gonzalez, Daniel Estiben; Pastran Beltran, Carlos Gregorio; [0000-0003-1829-1777]The work of degree in internship modality of the student Daniel Estiben Rey González had as a function the visit of works carried out in the different sidewalks that make up the municipality of Sibaté, as well as the generation of reports of supervision of works minutes, and provide support in the administrative areas of the infrastructure secretary of the municipal mayor's office of Sibaté Cundinamarca.Ítem Plan de negocio para una empresa orientada a la prestación de servicios y consultoría para la ejecución de obras arquitectónicas y civilesMora Cañas, Camilo Andres; Mayorga Morato, Manuel AlfonsoThis business plan was born out of the commitment and development of the sustainable growth of the country’s infrastructure, in order to build part of its life project and contribute to the Colombian economy. It was based on knowledge in civil engineering and entrepreneurship, as well as the fact of entering the world of business and construction. The economic activity on which the company wants to focus is within the tertiary sector and specifically with the provision of services. This is the economic sector that encompasses activities related to services that are not producers or processors of material goods. The business plan of the company is aimed at the design and execution of investment projects. A feasibility, technical, economic and financial analysis of the construction sector should therefore be carried out. It will begin with a marketing study that will expose the state and situation of the niche to which it is directed; an administrative study that will reveal the mission, vision, policies, and the human talent with which the company will be formed. A technical study showing how the knowledge learned in civil engineering is applied. A legal study that provides the rules and laws necessary for the creation of the company and the realization of a building work. A financial study that showed the costs, usefulness of the project and the company as such, concluding with the conclusions.Ítem Plan y gestión estratégica de tecnologías de información para la Maestría en Telecomunicaciones Móviles de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de CaldasPinto Acevedo, Juan Camilo; Gómez López, Diego Alexander; Tarazona Bermúdez, Giovanny MauricioBased on the development plans of Bogota and the District University that are focused on increasing coverage for higher education in the city through the increase in the number of places for higher education and creating quality virtual education programs, a strategic plan and management of information technologies for the Master's Degree in Mobile Telecommunications of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, obtaining a diagnosis through a maturity model and a strategic alignment model, obtaining a strategic map with a set of Clear processes to obtain a continuous improvement in the Master.Ítem Soporte de planeación anual en el Centro de Alto Rendimiento con el Ministerio del DeporteHernández Susa, Andrés Felipe; Martínez Monroy, Soraida Astrid; Martínez Monroy Soraida Astrid [0000-0001-9841-4241]The high performance center has the capacity to welcome any person, group or entity that promotes projects to attract sports talent in the national sports system.
